We need 50% down at the time of the order. When the final glazing of the tile(s) occurs, we will bill you for the remaining 50% of the order. We'll send you the contract with the specs, you review it, sign it, and return it with your check for the deposit. We do not start the order until the deposit is received. When the order is finished, it's sent COD Freight. This insures we get paid for shipping. small ordersSmall handmade ceramic tile orders do not require a contract. A 50% deposit is expected at the time of the order. These are non-refundable. Please make certain you truly desire your order prior to ordering. We DO NOT offer payments over time! When your order is complete, we ship your tiles USPS, FLAT RATE Priority Mail. This is safer and MUCH less expensive than UPS or FedEx. We prefer you pay by check, but if you wish, you can use a MasterCard or Visa credit card at your PayPal account.
