Decorative ceramic tile, custom hand made tile for unlimited possibilities

large orders

Contracts are required for large, custom, decorative ceramic tile orders. We need 50% down at the time of the order. When the final glazing of the tile(s) occurs, we will bill you for the remaining 50% of the order.

We'll send you the contract with the specs, you review it, sign it, and return it with your check for the deposit. We do not start the order until the deposit is received.

Another bill is sent upon shipping when we have the total shipping amount.

small orders

Small handmade ceramic tile orders do not require a contract. Payment is expected at the time of the order.

When your order is complete, we ship it USPS, 3-Day Priority Mail. We BILL you again at this time for the shipping because we never know the exact weight until the order ships.

email notification

When your decorative ceramic tile order ships, we'll send you an email notification of the shipping amount. Please pay it promptly. We have $1000's of dollars in shipping costs per month and need to pay our shipping bills.

You'll need Adobe Acrobat Reader to open the file. You'll also need it for some of our other files, such as our Brochure that is found in the right column and our "how to" files.

We prefer you pay by check, but if you wish, you can credit our PayPal account.
