Our handmade, decorative ceramic tiles are fully vitrified, frost-free
ceramic tiles. They do not decay over time when submerged in water or
exposed to the elements.
Be very careful when using ceramic tiles in an outdoor application. The tiles
MUST be fully vitrified to with stand the elements. You don't want to spend your
hard-earned money on handmade tiles just to have them destroyed by the elements!

All of our fully vitrified ceramic tiles have a low porosity which means
they do not absorb water and can be used in any application, including outdoor
structures such as pavilions, walls, sidewalks, etc.

This exterior ceramic tile lily pond fountain is incredible. The large
fountain come complete with a waterfall that shoots outward, just above the
ceramic tile lily pond design and flows down into a koi pond.
The ceramic tile koi / lily pond was designed by artist Diane H.
Holycross to resemble a vertical flowing koi pond that makes the koi tiles
seem like they are coming out of the fountain and into the pool below. If
you are ordering lily pond tiles, make sure you tell us where you
are using it. That way we can create the best tiled pond for your
application.
This clients our profile ceramic tile frogs, so she asked for one in her ceramic
tile fountain design.

This design is targeted for an outdoor fountain in the United Kingdom. The water
shoots out of the fountain, just above the two orange ceramic tile koi fish.
Wavy water tiles were used to unify the water's downward direction and make the
two koi tiles appear to be coming out of the spray.

pond beneath.
ALWAYS seal your tiles and the mortar/concrete,
especially in cold climates where frost and freezes occur. If molds/mildew get
behind a tile they can pop the tiles loose and you will have to clean and
reinstall your tiles!
NOTE: If you live in a cold weather climate where there is snow. I DO
NOT recommend using ANY ceramic tile on a sidewalk or driveway. Shovels will
catch the edges of ceramic tiles an possibly chip the tiles.
