We came up with the idea of this memorial mosaic tile for the customer's shower alcove. The "tree of life," the maple tree, contains 41 leaves, representing each year of her brother's life. To begin, Andrea sent us some tile
samples for color and a cardboard template of the space that we needed to create
her memorial tile mural. We sent her the drawing shown at the right, made a few modifications, and in a little over one month, a gorgeous, "in memory of" tile mural was created based on her specifications. Commemorative tile memorial picture enlargements are shown below.
The ceramic tile duck in flight is shown in the upper left hand corner of the memorial tile backsplash.
This Bull elk, ceramic animal tile is hand carved, and slightly thicker, than the other ceramic tiles. It is featured in the lower left corner of the tile memorial mosaic picture shown above.
As well, this cow elk ceramic tile is also handcarved and slightly thicker to create a dramatic ceramic tile commemorative mosaic. It is shown in the lower right corner of the ceramic tile memorial shower backsplash.
We can create an unique ceramic tile memorial, custom ceramic tile shower memorials, ceramic tile backsplash, commemorative mosaic, ceramic tile floor memorials, and more for you, based on your specific requirements. Just call us today with your specs and we'll put you in our tile work queue for a truly special functional artwork.
"I've done a lot of tile work in my house and was tired of the same-old-same-old ceramic tile designs that I saw in showrooms. Then I found Tiles with Style on the Web! Since Diane creates custom ceramic tiles, she could design anything I could dream up in ceramic tile!" Tamara Kenney, Dayton, Ohio
