There is nothing more peaceful and beautiful than one of our custom ceramic tile lily ponds. To make them affordable to a vast array of clients, we now offer cost-cutting ceramic tile lily pond designs.

scenario 1 — the 100% custom lily pond ceramic tile design — no perimeter rocks

This lily pond ceramic tile design takes up most of a bathroom. Manufactured tiles were used as the border to the ceramic tile lily pond.

This lily pond tile design shows a kidney shaped lily pond tile design. This lily pond tile shape works both in a long room as well as a square room. You can purchase some additional ferns and cut them in the joints on the floor for added interest.

This example shows small 1x1 foot ceramic tile lily ponds in a monochrome brown. The background is filled with tiny 1"x1" manufactured squares. Basically you order the lily flowers, pads, fish, turtles, & frogs — no rounds. You then lay your square manufactured tile floor, leaving out squares where you want to insert the miniature lily pond tiles.

We can make our ceramic tile lily ponds down to a 1 square foot area. You can then take these small tile lily ponds and create an interesting tile mosaic.

The addition of the four larger fish are priced per inch.

Priced at our $55 PSF, the 3' x 3' motif above uses 4 manufactured square tiles and would cost less than an entire 3' x 3' tile lily pond, which is priced @ 9 SF or $495 (2006 pricing).

This ceramic tile pond design is bordered in 6x6 squares, has a 2x6 inner border, rocks, and a center fresh water fish tile medallion. It comes with, or without a matching ceramic tile wall design that features a ceramic tile fish motif and subway tiles.

Yet, another great cost savings idea from Julie Brown of the UK. Julie created her own unique mosaic tile design using a few of our lily pond tiles that were created by Cathie (Cat) Mercer. Cat has a great way of animating ceramic tile.

Julie had a very large, 10" leaf tile break during transit to the UK. She used her creativity to recreate smaller tile leaves from the broken tile leaf. We think this was a truly great idea and probably "meant to be." Her background ceramic tile consists of broken tile chards. What a great way to incorporate a damaged piece.
