The beautiful kitchen, ceramic tile leaf mosaic above shows some of my popular monochrome leaf ceramic tiles. I like the way the client and designer spilled the leaf tiles "out of the box" into the stone field tiles. To top it off, dog track ceramic tiles were integrated into this ceramic tile design idea. The dog track mosaic tiles that spill off of the stove top kitchen backsplash almost appear to be grape-like.

Each hand made tile is painstakingly crafted using white, red, tan, cream, or marbled medium-fire, earthenware/porcelain clays with bits of nature as their theme. All decorative, handmade ceramic tiles are fully vitrified to last for generations.

EVERY design is unique and each tile are 100% custom ceramic tiles to meet your needs, not that of the manufactured ceramic tile industry. That means you can have nearly ANY shaped tile in any size, shape, and color.

Our client Carol L. of Texas loved our teapot and teacup flower tiles, but wanted them in pinks and peaches. She was inspired by these pink, green, purple, and blue teapot and teacup shaped ceramic tiles we created for a Toronto, Canada client.

Tiles are hand-rolled and hand-glazed, so that no hand made kitchen tile has the appearance of being manufactured. Constant attention to detail is placed on our kitchen backsplash tile designs as well as layout, for completely planned installations.

I always get excited when a client sends me pictures of their ceramic tile, mosaic installations. These pictures are no exception...this bathroom is a show-stopper!

The only way to describe this tropical bathroom is awesome! It feels like you are under water in your own coral reef. Our client wanted the addition of a mosaic, tropical ceramic tile back splash to her already beautifully painted tropical reef mural, so we created a ceramic tile bathroom backsplash based on her custom colors.

Each of our handmade, decorative ceramic tile fish are a jewel unto themselves. This elegant kitchen tile backsplash / stove ceramic tile backsplash is shown in a monochrome leaf tile design. It was created from our multiple-ordering client Cynthia Engler of San Jose, California. Cynthia is a designer. As you can see, she created a beautiful leaf-shaped ceramic tile stove top backsplash and backsplash ceramic tile border with a more contemporary feel. These leaf tiles are a white clay with a tan stain to bring out the veins in the leaf ceramic tiles in this kitchen tile backsplash.

This kitchen stovetop ceramic tile backsplash was a small loose leaf tile order. The client mixed in some tumbled tiles to use as fillers to create a custom leaf tile installation.

granite inspired kitchen ceramic tile backsplash

Suzanne Griffin of Griffin James Design, Inc.
(tel. 281.788.3910) sent us a couple pieces of her client's granite countertop to create some leaf tiles to be used for a kitchen tile backsplash. Tiny flecks of maroon, and grey veins were added to the leaf tile glazing, just like in the stone countertop samples that she sent to us.

The more I look at this room, the more I see the harmony of the overall design that this custom, bathroom tile backsplash offers.  A beautiful monochrome-style, leaf ceramic tile backsplash. This one has subtle hues of color, picking up the tones in the terrazo ceramic tiles and wall coloring.

Notice how the stone, listel border compliments the decorative ceramic tile leaves in this bathroom tile backsplash. Bits of colors were used in the ceramic tile glaze on the leaf tiles from the stone and the wall color, while the white grout pulls the white tones from the sink and paneled tub surround in the tiled bathroom.

This custom kitchen backsplash features a design for the cook that enjoys herbs:
